Jovy began exploring the dental field early on, when he would volunteer to help his relatives at their dental office by answering phone calls and scheduling appointments. After graduating from high school, he continued to pursue his interest in the dental field with insurance plan verification and dental assisting. In the past, he was employed in retail and entertainment centers in positions of communication and customer service. As a result, his main priority is providing quality customer service: making sure that our patients’ needs are met in all forms of communication, such as email, text, phone, etc.
He will be pursuing his college degree in the near future. Outside of work, Jovy enjoys playing volleyball, fishing, and riding his motorcycle on coastal roads.
